With beginnings in 1991 TMI Group has emerged as one of the most respected names in the HR industry. TM Inputs and Services Pvt. Ltd. was started by IIMA alumni, T.Muralidharan and T.M.Lakhdawala for providing recruitment and advertising services to clients in 1991. Then in the year 2000 with the dawn of the dot-com era, when the knowledge sector witnessed a shift to Digital C&K Management came into the picture backed by a strong PE fund. The new company soared in the Content & Knowledge space catering to the needs of e-Learning requirement of the corporate world.
