As an ideal candidate for this position, you should hold a degree in BE, BCA, BSc Computers, or B.Com with computers. In addition, you should possess a set of skills including strong multitasking abilities, excellent typing skills, proficient Hindi speaking skills, and a basic understanding of legal concepts would be advantageous. Your knowledge of keyboard shortcuts and efficient computer usage will be beneficial. Excellent written communication skills are a must, along with a proactive attitude towards learning, innovating, and overcoming challenges. Your key responsibilities in this role will involve reviewing documents received from customers, categorizing them based on the ongoing issue or case, indexing them appropriately, and sending them to attorneys. You will need to maintain an active presence during working hours and effectively manage tasks within your shift. Following communication and escalation protocols, quality standards, and processing guidelines diligently is essential. Additionally, you will be responsible for documentation as per instructions from higher-level management, reporting daily activities to your manager, and actively participating in knowledge-sharing and training programs. In terms of the work environment, you will be working 9-hour shifts with rotational changes every month. The shift timings vary between S1 (17:30 pm to 2:30 am) and S2 (18:30 pm to 3:30 am).
