As a Customer Support Agent, you will be responsible for handling customer interactions through chat and ticketing channels to provide efficient and high-quality support. Your key responsibilities will include providing chat support, ticket support, demonstrating product knowledge, and troubleshooting customer issues. To excel in this role, we seek candidates with at least 1 year of relevant experience. Additionally, you should have a strong understanding of VPN, antivirus software, and desktop engineering. Experience working with Software as a Service (SaaS) products will be advantageous. Candidates with a background in handling both tickets and chat support, excellent written and verbal communication skills, and the flexibility to work in a 24/7 shift environment are highly preferred.
