Job Description
Job Title: Tally Support Executive
Job Location: Andheri, Mumbai
Job Summary: The Tally Support Executive is responsible for assisting customers with technical issues, inquiries, and problems related to Tally software. They will offer troubleshooting guidance, resolve software-related issues, and ensure customer satisfaction through exceptional service.
Key Responsibilities:
- Customer Assistance: Provide prompt and courteous technical support to customers via phone, email or visiting the client location.
- Issue Diagnosis: Understand and diagnose customer-reported problems with Tally software to identify the root cause.
- Troubleshooting: Offer step-by-step guidance and solutions to resolve software-related issues, including installation, configuration, and usage problems.
- Documentation: Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and technical issues for reference and reporting.
- Product Knowledge: Stay updated on Tally software updates, features, and functionalities to provide accurate and relevant assistance.
- Customer Education: Educate customers on using Tally effectively and efficiently to meet their accounting and financial needs.
- Escalation Handling: Escalate complex technical issues to senior support staff or developers when necessary.
- Feedback Collection: Gather feedback from customers to improve product usability and customer experience.
- Training: Conduct training sessions or webinars for customers to enhance their Tally skills.
- Issue Resolution Tracking: Follow up with customers to ensure that their issues have been resolved satisfactorily.
Qualifications and Skills:
- Bachelor's degree in a related field (Accounting, Computer Science, etc.) or equivalent work experience.
- Proficiency in Tally software and a strong understanding of accounting principles.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Problem-solving abilities and a patient, customer-centric approach.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Previous experience in technical support or customer service is a plus.
