Role Overview:

We are seeking an enthusiastic Sales Representative to drive sales and build lasting client relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prospecting & Lead Generation: Identify and engage potential customers through research, networking, and cold calling. Maintain a strong pipeline of prospects.
  • Customer Relationship Management: Build and sustain client relationships. Address customer needs and ensure satisfaction.
  • Sales Presentations & Demonstrations: Present and tailor product demonstrations to client needs. Conduct product trials as needed.
  • Negotiation & Closing: Negotiate terms and contracts. Overcome objections and close deals. Meet or exceed sales targets.
  • Market Research & Analysis: Stay updated on market trends and competitor activities. Adjust sales strategies based on analysis.
  • Reporting & Documentation: Maintain accurate sales records. Prepare regular reports using CRM software.
  • Product Knowledge: Develop expertise in company products. Educate clients on product features and benefits.
  • Team Collaboration: Work with marketing and customer service teams. Share insights and contribute to a positive team environment.
  • Customer Retention: Follow up post-sale to ensure satisfaction. Address any issues and develop strategies to retain customers.
  • Compliance & Ethics: Adhere to company policies and industry regulations. Conduct all sales activities with integrity.
