You will be responsible for developing and executing the market penetration strategy for high-value enterprise clients as a Strategic Accounts Director. Your primary focus will be on nurturing accounts with potential revenue exceeding 1 Crore over a 2-3 year horizon. Your key responsibilities will include establishing team ARR targets and pipeline objectives, collaborating with Sales Operations to optimize strategic account lists, and creating multi-channel engagement strategies tailored for enterprise prospects. You will also be tasked with developing partnership frameworks to enhance market penetration, ensuring the application of discovery and solution development methodologies, and determining pre-sales resource allocation in collaboration with pre-sales leadership. Additionally, you will lead value articulation sessions with major accounts, guide the team through complex negotiations, and personally handle strategic deal discussions to optimize pricing and address objections. To qualify for this role, you should have 12-15 years of experience in B2B SaaS sales with significant enterprise account management experience. You must have a proven track record of exceeding targets with large-scale clients, demonstrated leadership capabilities in building high-performing sales teams, and direct experience selling to Indian market enterprises. A working understanding of enterprise resource planning systems and financial solutions is also required.,
