Position: Regional - BD - Security Man-guarding Location: Gurgaon CTC Budget- 20 LPA Our client Our Client is India's leading and most trusted integrated security, facility management, and remote monitoring solutions provider. They have businesses across India, Roles And Responsibilities Spearheaded the Business Development function for Security Services for the entire assigned state in India. Developing and executing business development plans and strategies Hunt for leads and manage the lead conversion funnel Manage the assigned BD targets as per the corporate plans and targets Ensure strong relationships with the prospects and clients Must have understanding, knowledge, and execution abilities for RFPs or Tenders Build connections with existing clients within assigned areas through regular client visits to identify and follow up on potential sales opportunities Reach out to prospective clients through various channels (cold calls, meetings, etc.) to generate new Sales leads Developed & managed sales of Security, which includes men guarding Services. Present sales, revenue and expense reports and realistic forecasts to the management team through BD MIS & Analysis Ability to conceptualize, present and convenience people Qualifications Must be a graduate; an MBA in Sales & Marketing is preferred. Age within 47 Years, any gender can apply. Experience Must have B2B/Corporate Sales Experience for at least eight years A deeper understanding of the security industry with competition information is required People with a market understanding of the state and connections with admin, Security, and HR leaders would be essential to success.
