Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Create content through research across the broad themes of Creativity, Strategic Thinking &

Communication.

• Have an original point of view while crafting content to enhance articles.

• Creating presentations & proposals that are required for projects.

• Creating event scripts based on the flow provided.

• Creation of fillers & energizers for audience engagement for Events & Workshops.

• Writing articles on topics related to Communication, Strategic Thinking, and Creativity using a blend

of case studies & original points of view.

• Reaching out to connections and setting up meetings with various stake holders

Requirement

• Graduate degree in any stream with a flair to work in fast paced start up.

• 1-2 years in HR L&D domain is preferred (open to freshers)

• Excellent in oral and written communication

• Self-motivator and intrapreneur spirit

• High degree of learning ability

Joining Date - Within a week post interview.

Working Schedule - 5-6 days a week, hours to vary as per work requirement.
