Job Description

We are looking for an HR Manager to join our growing team and lead the HR function at the company. He/she will be the go-to person for all this related to recruitment and other HR activities. He/she should have a good understanding of
role requirements and must be capable to deliver results as per timelines. Candidate must have the right attitude and the appetite to work in a world-class
and growing technology company and must be able to exceed expectations.

HR Manager Responsibilities:
- Understanding the role requirements appropriately and consistently recruiting excellent staff
- Ability to close positions as per given deadlines
- Maintaining a smooth onboarding process
- Creating and rolling out offer letters
- Keeping candidates interested and engage and ensure they join
- Ability to portray the company in highest standards to candidates in order to get them interested
- Developing clear policies and ensuring policy awareness
- Creating clear and concise reports
- Maintaining employee and workplace privacy
- Ability to work with recruitment agencies
- Handling payroll and other administrative duties
- Ability to come up with regular employee engagement activities to ensure a positive work environment
- Conduct exit interviews and take care of exit formalities

HR Manager Requirements:
- Excellent knowledge of various HR functions such as pay & benefits, recruitment, onboarding, evaluation, training & development etc.
- MBA or relevant degree in human resources management
- 3+ years of experience in human resources recruitment and related processes
- 3+ years of experience in IT / Software recruitment, experience in other types of roles such as sales / BD, marketing, customer success, etc.
- Experience in payroll management including related calculations for salary
- Ability to build and maintain positive relationships with colleagues
- Competency in Microsoft applications including Word, Excel, and Outlook
- Confident, go getter, people’s person, and able to come up with interactive events / activities
- Individual contributor, needs minimum supervision, has high work ethics and is result oriented
