The Halwai Chef will be responsible for preparing a variety of traditional Indian sweets and snacks. Day-to-day tasks will include measuring and mixing ingredients, selecting and using appropriate cooking methods and equipment, and maintaining a clean and organized kitchen. The chef will also be tasked with ensuring consistent quality and presentation of dishes, adhering to food safety and hygiene standards, and possibly training junior kitchen staff.
