Position: Field sales officer


Location: Raichur, Koppal ,Tumakuru / Chitradurga, Kolar,CHHINDWARA, KULGAM, PULWAMA, SHOPIAN, SRINAGAR
Educational Qualification: B.Tech (Agri Engg.) & B.Sc (Agriculture/ Horticulture)
Interview Process:- Face to Face.
Notice Period :- 15 Days Max.

Job Responsibilities:

  •  Main responsibility is to drive sales results in Assigned area
  •  Develop and implement an effective sales organization that is primarily responsible for direct sales and secondly for channel partner development
  •  Create and standardize monthly/quarterly sales plans and territory forecasts and performance reports
  •  Define set of metrics to track, analyze and evaluate sales performance.
  •  Continuously improve sales performance through defining and refining best practices. Lead by example by affecting direct sales!
  •  Be available to travel frequently to territories with your own two-wheeler/ four-wheeler.
  •  Coordinate with marketing department to ensure required materials and information to promote the company’s products and services
  •  Coordinate with marketing department to design of promotional material in local language.
  •  Coordinate with government body to check and drive the Empanelment/DBT portal of the products and subsidy sales.

Essential Qualifications:

  •  Passion to work as an owner of the company in a highly energetic startup and having a hungry, entrepreneurial mindset. Willingness to work across Horticulture pockets of assigned Area.
  •  This position is for professionals who truly love being in sales function and intend to build a long-term career prospect in this function.
  •  Should have experience in direct sales of above products to opinion makers or have experience in affecting the product/services sales by influencing the opinion makers in their respective rural territories
  •  Minimum 1-2 years of experience in sales/marketing of tractors, farm implements, agricultural equipment’s, micro irrigation and other irrigation equipment’s, other engineering or innovative products and must have an in-depth exposure to rural markets
  •  Languages Known – English, Hindi and Kannada.
