Key Responsibilities:

Digital Campaign Management:

  • Plan, execute, and manage digital marketing campaigns across various channels (e.g., SEO, SEM, email marketing, social media, content marketing, and display advertising).
  • Monitor and analyse campaign performance to optimize ROI.
  • Content Creation and Management:
  • Create, edit, and manage engaging and relevant content for our website, blog, social media, and other digital platforms.
  • Collaborate with the content team to develop whitepapers, case studies, eBooks, and other thought leadership content.

Social Media Management:

  • Develop and implement a social media strategy to enhance brand awareness and engagement.
  • Monitor social media channels, respond to inquiries, and engage with our audience.

SEO and SEM:

  • Conduct keyword research and optimize website content for search engines.
  • Manage and optimize PPC campaigns to drive targeted traffic and generate leads.

Email Marketing:

  • Create and manage email marketing campaigns, including newsletters, promotional emails, and drip campaigns.
  • Segment email lists and personalize email content to improve engagement and conversion rates.


Analytics and Reporting:

  • Monitor, analyze, and report on the performance of digital marketing campaigns using tools like Google Analytics, Google Ads, and social media analytics platforms.
  • Provide actionable insights and recommendations to improve campaign effectiveness.

Collaboration and Coordination:

  • Work closely with the sales team to align marketing efforts with sales goals and objectives.
  • Coordinate with external agencies and vendors as needed.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
  • 2-4 years of experience in digital marketing, preferably in a B2B environment.
  • Proven experience in managing digital marketing campaigns and achieving measurable results.
  • Strong understanding of SEO, SEM, PPC, and social media marketing.
  • Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms (e.g., Google Analytics, Google Ads, HubSpot, Hootsuite, etc.).
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Creative thinker with strong problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
