Designation: Jr.Admin Executive Support Mails: Roles and Responsibilities Handling support emails. (Assign, track & address the support emails) Responding to customer queries on time. Provide appropriate solutions and alternatives in a timely manner. Liaison between stakeholders. Follow-up on the assigned tasks. Good in escalations, categorize and sub-categorize the mails into respective pockets. Handling last minute requirements in a positive manner. Good in coordination, team player & other activities assigned on time. Learning Management System(LMS) Live chat support to enrolled students. Good Experience in handling service tickets through tools such as Zoho, Salesforce etc. Required: Minimum Qualification: Any undergraduate Experience: 1-3 Years experience in handling support/quality.
