Job Description
Minimum 10+Years’ Experience in Cattle feed Industry.
Location-Bangalore
Extensive market knowledge of cattle feed industry
Knowledge of local languages
What would you be doing?
- Evaluate Cattle Feed & Feed requirements potential in the allocated territory
- To map the entire market of Karnataka/Tamil Nadu for business development
- Setting up the sales team for AP/TN/KA/KE
- Appointing the new dealers & distributors in the assigned territory and launch the Cattle Feed
- Setting up the target to the sales team & achieving the budgeted volumes and focus on Primary and Secondary sales
- Job will include to keep track of on-going projects, hunting for new business, providing technical assistance as and when required.
- Sales managers should lead a sales team by providing guidance, training and mentorship, setting up sales quotas, selling strategies, opportunities to increase volume, goals, creating sales plans, analysing data, assigning sales territories & building their team. They need to set up KPA, KRA & SOPs for the sales team.
