UnifyCX is growing and looking for a Business Insights Manager to join our motivated and ambitious team in UP Techno Hub, Philippines. What Will You Do The Business Insights Manager (BIM) is responsible for leveraging data and analytics to drive business decisions and strategies. The role involves managing and analyzing data, creating reports, and providing key insights to support various business functions. The BIM will work closely with different teams to ensure data accuracy and consistency, and will play a key role in operational efficiency, improving customer/partner engagement, and driving continuous improvement initiatives. Key Responsibilities: Data Management: Build and maintain data pipelines, ensuring resources have continued parity across their resources and data consumption. Technical Acumen: Promote increased technical acumen and self-sufficiency across all teams. Act as a reliable subject matter expert and trusted point of contact for data solutions, empowering business stakeholders to make data-driven decisions. Reporting: Develop and manage Power BI solutions enabling key operational metrics and dashboards to manage the business. Identify and consolidating common needs across multiple business groups and process teams, driving prioritization of most impactful efforts aligned to business strategy. Data Insights: Enable teams through reporting to identify trends and operational insights, in support of continuous improvement and AI solutions. Stakeholder Engagement: Build strong stakeholder engagements with technical teams on data needs for the organization. Security Management: Identify and address security risks and concerns related to data, reporting, and access management. Partnership and Collaboration: Coordinating and aligning large scale deliverables across platform and data engineering teams, with agile self-driven delivery of capabilities and insights. Thought Leadership: Leveraging data and analytics to drive innovative business strategies and decisions. Inspire and guide teams to adopt a data-driven approach, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and operational excellence. Share insights and best practices across the organization to enhance overall business performance and customer engagement. Provides trusted voice at the decision-making table for both business and technical teams. Identifies challenges and opportunities with an in-depth understanding of the business, technology, and solution delivery. Advocates for decisions that make the best use of resources to achieve overall business strategic objectives. Who are you Required/Minimum Qualifications: Bachelors degree in business, Data Science, or a related field. Proven experience in data management and analytics. Proficiency in Power BI and other data visualization tools. Strong technical acumen and collaboration skills. Preferred Qualifications Design thinking enables synthesizing of many ideas into big-picture view with connections between business intention and action. Ability to lead/drive projects across a variety of cross-group stakeholders effectively to drive results. Embraces continuous improvement and new ways of doing things, navigating in a dynamic and often ambiguous environment and while providing structure and organizational leadership to drive transformational change. Strong communication and collaboration skills strong written and verbal communications. Ability to document and speak to business requirements for both IT/Engineering and business consumption. Team player leverage and contribute effectively to the work of others and works well in matrixed team environment. Inquisitive nature, with analytical acumen and data lookup and business/data analysis abilities. Experience developing data flow diagrams using business and data analysis to determine data flow characteristics and data model requirements. Experience modeling AS IS and TO BE processes using a variety of tools and techniques.
