Job Description:- Business Development Manager
Location :- Mumbai
Education Qualification- Bachelor's or Master’s Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Environmental Science, or related fields.
Experience- 8+ Marketing, preferably in the Environmental or Wastewater Treatment Industry
Salary:- 10 to 12 LPA
Number of Position:- 1-2

Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Develop B2B business: Get new customers on board
  • Collaborate with Distributors/Partners: Work closely with distributors and partners to enhance market presence.
  • Sales Strategy Development: Formulate and implement sales strategies to expand market share.
  • Customer Engagement: Regularly meet with customers to understand their needs and offer tailored solutions.
  • Key Account Management: Develop and execute strategies for key accounts to drive growth and retention.
  • Sales Target Achievement: Set sales targets and ensure their achievement through effective planning and execution.
  • Competitor Analysis: Conduct competitor analysis focusing on pricing and product offerings to maintain a competitive edge.
  • Business Development: Identify new business opportunities and grow relationships with existing clientele.
  • Customer Acquisition: Identify and target new customers to drive business growth.
  • Reporting: Provide periodic reports to management on sales performance and market insights.
  • Brand Management: Implement activities to promote and strengthen the brand in the market.
