Job Description

Job Title: Manager – Business Development – Building Automation

Location: Pune
Experience: 4-10 years
CTC: Up to 10 LPA
Notice Period: 60 days

Position Overview:
We are seeking a Business Development Manager in the Building Automation/Industrial Automation domain. This role is essential for driving sales and enhancing market penetration for BMS solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Achieve sales targets for BMS and Industrial Automation.
  • Generate and manage RFQs to maintain a healthy sales pipeline.
  • Develop effective communication content for marketing efforts.
  • Collaborate with Principal OEMs for product approvals and proposal submissions.
  • Increase company visibility through community engagement.
  • Coordinate with internal teams for timely proposal submissions.

Technical Skills:

  • Strong knowledge of Building Management Systems and Industrial Automation.
  • Experience with large-scale applications (e.g., Data Centres, Pharma) is advantageous.
  • Proficiency in creating impactful communication materials.

General Skills:

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
  • Strong rapport-building capabilities.
  • Effective decision-making in complex situations.

Qualifications:

  • BE, Diploma, or MSc in Electrical/Instrumentation.
