AGM Operations - Harbour Line area Mumbai Overview The Assistant General Manager (AGM) of Operations plays a crucial role in overseeing and optimizing the operational processes within the organization. This position ensures efficient workflow, productivity, and quality standards across all operational functions. Key Responsibilities Lead and manage the day-to-day operations of the organization Develop and implement operational strategies to enhance efficiency and effectiveness Oversee and optimize key operational processes and workflows Collaborate with various departments to ensure smooth operations and timely delivery of services Identify and implement improvements to operational processes and standards Provide leadership and guidance to operational teams Analyze operational data and metrics to identify areas for improvement Ensure compliance with industry regulations and standards Manage operational budgets and resources Drive continuous process improvement initiatives Monitor and report on operational performance Develop and implement risk management strategies Oversee inventory management and procurement processes Resolve operational issues and conflicts Participate in strategic planning and goal-setting for the organization Required Qualifications A bachelors degree is a must, knowledge of FM Operations Management, or a related field Proven experience in a senior operational management role Demonstrated leadership and team development skills Strong strategic planning and execution abilities Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills Proficient in data analysis and process improvement methodologies Knowledge of industry regulations and standards Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills Ability to manage and prioritize multiple projects and tasks Experience in budgeting and resource allocation Strong analytical and critical thinking skills Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment Proven track record of driving operational excellence Certification in Operations Management is a plus Skills: process improvement,operations,compliance management,management,strategic planning,facility management (fm),risk management,budgeting,data analysis,analytical skills,operational strategy,problem-solving,collaboration,procurement,interpersonal skills,industry regulations,fast-paced environment,operations management,project management,critical thinking,decision-making,conflict resolution,team management,leadership,goal-setting,workflow optimization,inventory management,communication skills,team development,
