Skills needed- Adobe Campaign Classic, candidate should have done at least 2 implementation projects in adobe, HTML, CSS, CRM, channel integration, Data Marts, data Schema, and Data Import/export workflows, JS/connectors.
Location- Delhi NCR/Mumbai/Hybrid,Remote (candidate should be open to travelling to client locations as and when needed)

Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced Adobe Campaign Classic Specialist to join our marketing team. The ideal candidate should have a minimum of 6 years of hands-on experience with Adobe Campaign Classic and a strong understanding of email marketing, campaign management, and marketing automation best practices. As an Adobe Campaign Classic Specialist, you will play a critical role in the planning, execution, and optimization of our email marketing campaigns and customer engagement strategies.
Key Responsibilities:
- Campaign Management: Create, execute, and manage end-to-end marketing campaigns using Adobe Campaign Classic, including email, SMS, and other digital channels. Segmentation and Targeting: Utilize Adobe Campaign Classic's segmentation capabilities to identify and target specific customer segments for personalized marketing campaigns.
- Workflow Design: Design and implement marketing workflows and customer journeys in Adobe Campaign Classic to automate and optimize marketing processes.
- A/B Testing: Conduct A/B tests and analyze campaign performance data to optimize email content, subject lines, and campaign strategies.
- Data Integration: Integrate Adobe Campaign Classic with other marketing technology platforms and databases to ensure seamless data flow and synchronization.
- Reporting and Analytics: Generate reports and provide insights on campaign performance, audience engagement, and key metrics. Make data-driven recommendations for improvements.
- Compliance and Best Practices: Ensure compliance with email marketing regulations (CAN-SPAM, GDPR, etc.) and stay up-to-date with industry best practices.
- Collaboration: Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including designers, copywriters, and marketing managers, to ensure the successful execution of marketing campaigns.
- Training and Documentation: Provide training and documentation to internal teams on Adobe Campaign Classic best practices and usage.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Business, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of hands-on experience with Adobe Campaign Classic.
- Proficiency in HTML and CSS for email template customization.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
- Excellent communication and project management skills.
- Familiarity with marketing automation concepts and practices.
- Experience with CRM systems and data integration is a plus.
- Adobe Campaign Classic certification is highly desirable
