As a Zscaler Solution Design, Planning & Implementation specialist at UST, you will be responsible for leading the end-to-end design, planning, and implementation of Zscaler solutions across enterprise environments. Your role will involve advanced tuning and optimization of Zscaler configurations to ensure optimal performance, security, and compliance. Additionally, you will provide network architecture and design consulting support tailored for Compass Markets and deliver firewall support services for Fortinet devices. You will be instrumental in managing Zscaler deployment across mobile platforms and Point-of-Sale (POS) devices, ensuring secure and seamless connectivity. Furthermore, you will provide operational support for Zscaler during both North America and Europe working hours, guaranteeing high availability and responsiveness. Key Skills required for this role include expertise in Zscaler, Network, and SCCM.
