Job Description
As a Zonal Key Account Manager for UTCL & UBS Channel, your primary responsibility will be to drive key account management, dealer development, and channel sales growth. Your role will be crucial in identifying business opportunities, converting Ultratech Cement channel including UBS (Ultratech Business Solutions) dealer into long-term Birla Opus partners, and accelerating revenue through a strong value chain network. You will liaise with Birla Opus and UTCL & UBS teams to align on common agendas and drive business growth. Working closely with the National Key Account Manager, UTCL & UBS Channel, and Zonal Sales Manager, you will focus on enhancing business through grey cement dealers and UBS counters. Collaboration with trade, marketing, customer experience, and supply chain teams will be essential to support the sales funnel effectively. Your role will involve driving dealer conversion and leading onboarding processes, including training and integration. Monitoring dealer performance and implementing targeted actions to improve their performance will be a key aspect of your responsibilities. You will be expected to define sales plans with measurable targets and ensure that sales are executed as per the plan. Building and nurturing strong relationships with Ultratech grey cement channel and UBS counters will be crucial for success in this role. Identifying new business opportunities and emerging markets for expansion will also be a part of your responsibilities. It will be important to ensure product knowledge and compliance through effective training and support initiatives. Additionally, you will be required to analyze market trends, competitive activities, and consumer behavior to refine sales tactics and strategies effectively. Your strategic approach and proactive engagement will play a significant role in driving growth and achieving business objectives in the UTCL & UBS Channel.,
