Job Description
We are looking for a high-performing Zonal Sales Manager (Medical Devices) to lead our sales operation across North India. This role demands a sharp commercial mind set, deep market knowledge, and a proven ability to drive revenue growth through well-executed sales strategies and strong team leadership. Youll be accountable for hitting regional targets, building channel partnerships, optimizing field force performance, and ensuring the zone operates as a profit centre - not just a sales outpost. Roles & Responsibilities Drive zonal revenue growth and meet or exceed sales targets. Lead, mentor, and manage a team of Sales Engineers. Design and execute territory-specific go-to-market strategies. Analyze regional sales trends, market share, and competitor activity. Monitor team performance with clear KPIs and take corrective action where needed. Collaborate with marketing, supply chain, and finance to align operations. Ensure compliance with pricing, discounting, and credit policies. Expand distribution footprint and identify new market opportunities. Requirements and skills Bachelor's degree in Biomedical, Business, Marketing, or related field. 510 years of progressive sales experience is required. Sales experience in medical device is must. Strong leadership and team management skills. Data-driven, with proficiency in sales forecasting and CRM. Excellent negotiation, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
