Job Description

As a Zonal Sales Manager for Business Loans in Hyderabad, you will be responsible for overseeing sales activities in the top markets. Your primary focus will be on driving sales and revenue growth for the Auto Plaza segment within the designated zone. You will lead a team of sales professionals, set targets, develop strategies, and ensure the achievement of sales objectives. Key Responsibilities: - Manage and motivate a team of sales representatives to meet and exceed sales targets. - Develop and implement sales strategies to drive business growth in the designated zone. - Identify new business opportunities and build strong relationships with key clients. - Monitor market trends, analyze competitor activities, and recommend changes to the sales strategies. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of sales plans. - Prepare regular reports on sales performance, market analysis, and trends for management review. - Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide feedback to the sales team to drive continuous improvement.
