As a Zonal Manager for Retail channel partners at Squareyards, you will be responsible for having in-depth knowledge of ongoing and new real estate project launches in Bangalore, along with a good understanding of the micro-market. Your role will involve identifying top-focused projects, building strong relationships with developers, and recognizing valued Retail Channel Partners dealing in these projects. You will work on developing a robust network with these partners, educating them about our proposition, and sourcing deals through them. Additionally, you will create a compelling value proposition for Channel Partners, engage in end-to-end deal closure, and organize workshops and events to ensure partner engagement. To excel in this role, you should be a hustler with a relentless drive to achieve targets, capable of managing a team of Sourcing Managers, and resilient in building a team of Channel Partners. You must be result-oriented, proactive in fieldwork, possess strong communication skills, and have a passion for sales.
