Job Description
Managing all aspects of toll operations and routine maintenance across multiple highway projects. Preparation of regular project reports covering operational performance, maintenance status, and compliance updates. Project budgeting and cost control, ensuring efficient resource allocation and adherence to financial plans. Manpower planning and management, including deployment, supervision, and productivity optimization of field and operational staff. Client coordination to maintain alignment with contractual deliverables and ensure high service standards. Implementation and monitoring of road safety measures in compliance with regulatory and project-specific requirements. Liaison with NHAI and local administration for approvals, compliance, issue resolution, and stakeholder engagement.,
