You are seeking a skilled individual with expertise in Zoho products to fill the following roles within the organization: Zoho Customization Specialist: - Your role will involve customizing various Zoho products such as CRM, Creator, Books, and Projects to meet specific business requirements. - You will be responsible for creating and adjusting workflows, layouts, and fields within Zoho applications. Zoho Integrator: - Your primary responsibilities will include integrating Zoho products with third-party applications through APIs. - You will play a key role in establishing and managing seamless data flow between different systems. Application Developer: - You will be tasked with developing custom applications using Zoho Creator. - Additionally, you will create automation scripts and workflows using Deluge, Zoho's scripting language. Support Analyst: - In this role, you will troubleshoot issues within Zoho products and implement necessary fixes. - You will provide technical support to end users to ensure smooth operation of the systems. Business Analyst: - Collaboration with stakeholders to gather requirements and understand business processes will be a key aspect of your responsibilities. - You will translate business needs into Zoho configurations and customizations to enhance operational efficiency. Data Manager: - Responsibilities include managing data migration to and from Zoho applications. - You will be required to maintain data integrity and security during system updates and changes.
