Job Description

Below is the Job Summary: The Zoho Consultant will be responsible for analyzing client requirements, implementing Zoho solutions, and providing ongoing support. The ideal candidate should have in-depth knowledge of the Zoho suite of applications and experience in customizing and integrating Zoho tools to meet specific business needs. Key Responsibilities: Client Consultation: Understand client business processes and identify opportunities for automation and improvement using Zoho applications. Conduct detailed requirement analysis and provide solutions that align with client goals. Zoho Implementation: Configure and customize Zoho applications (CRM, Books, Projects, Creator, etc.) according to client requirements. Integrate Zoho applications with other third-party tools and platforms as needed. Training and Support: Provide training sessions to clients on how to use Zoho applications effectively. Offer ongoing support and troubleshooting to ensure seamless operation of Zoho solutions. Project Management: Manage Zoho implementation projects from inception to completion, ensuring timely delivery and client satisfaction. Develop and maintain project documentation, including project plans, timelines, and status reports. Optimization and Enhancement: Continuously monitor and optimize Zoho applications to improve performance and usability. Stay updated with the latest Zoho features and functionalities and implement enhancements where applicable. Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams, including sales, marketing, and IT, to deliver comprehensive solutions. Collaborate with Zoho support and development teams to resolve complex issues. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field. 3-5 years of experience in relevant field. In-depth knowledge of Zoho applications and their functionalities. Strong understanding of business processes and requirements analysis. Excellent project management skills. Proficiency in scripting languages such as Deluge is a plus. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
