Job Description: As a Digital Marketing / Manager at our early stage Startup called as THE CREATIVITY CHANNEL , you will be at the forefront of our exciting journey into the world of podcasting. Your role is in managing the end-to-end process of podcast production, from coordinating with guests to scheduling shoots. We are looking for a versatile individual who can seamlessly handle digital marketing ( Branding, Strategy and Execution) and has experience across various fields. , you will play a key role in shaping our Marketing / Branding initiatives. Responsibilities: - Manage the entire podcast production process, including coordinating with guests, scheduling shoots, and overseeing post-production. - Utilize your expertise in digital marketing to promote our podcast and maximize its reach across various platforms. - Provide regular updates and reports on performance metrics and other task allotted. Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Media Studies, or a related field. - Experience in podcast production and management, with a strong understanding of the digital media. - Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively coordinate with guests. - Proven expertise in digital marketing strategies and tactics. - Ability to thrive in a dynamic startup environment and juggle multiple tasks effectively. - Familiarity with podcasting platforms and tools is a plus.,
