We need an experienced YouTube Ads Manager who will direct our video advertising campaigns through strategic planning, execution oversight, and optimization processes. The perfect applicant demonstrates data analysis skills and creativity plus possesses extensive knowledge about how YouTubes advertising system works. Responsibilities: Develop and supervise YouTube advertising campaigns through every stage from initial concept to final execution. Improve campaign results by fine-tuning targeting strategies, bidding tactics and creative assets. Monitor KPIs and generate regular performance reports Collaborate with content, design, and analytics teams Requirements: The applicant needs to demonstrate at least two years of active engagement with YouTube Ads. Expert knowledge of video advertising methods and precise audience segmentation. Demonstrates expertise in managing Google Ads and Google Analytics and analyzing video performance metrics. Strong analytical and communication skills,
