Non-Profit Description Project Equal is dedicated to addressing the shortage of geriatric care by training underprivileged youth as healthcare professionals, providing them with essential skills and meaningful employment. Our mission improves elder care access across India while fostering economic empowerment for young people. As a volunteer, youll play a vital role in organizing health camps, supporting training programs, and contributing to sustainable medical and economic solutions for underserved communities. Join us in creating a healthier, more economically resilient society! Role Description This is an internship role for Youth Leaders at Lineage Lore Youth Network. As a Youth Leader, you will be responsible for coordinating events, mentoring youth members, and developing leadership skills among the youth community as well as creating community outreach and action at a school/district level/ city level. This is a remote position. You will recieve a letter of recommendation, internship certificate from our esteemed panel of board members and an experience to be mentored by industry veterans in the field of healthcare, economics, social work and event management.
