Purpose of the role: The Product and Applications Sales Specialist (PASS) for X-Ray Microscope (XRM) is a highly skilled and technical sales position which relies heavily on technical competence, consultative selling skills and the use of the ZEISS Sales Process (ZSP) - to meet customer requirements and individual targets. Responsibilities: The Product and Applications Sales Specialist (PASS) for X-Ray Microscope (XRM) requires strong customer support, for both product and applications, for ZEISS Electron Microscopy portfolio. He/she is expected to demonstrate technical & operational knowledge of the ZEISS systems, components & softwares (inclusive of system operation); related imaging workflow; as well as relevant sample preparation protocols post training. The role is also expected to stay up-to-date with latest technology, research & market trends, and take a lead technical role in the introduction of new product / solution into the Indian markets. Primary Duties and Responsibilities: Increase WIN probability of active opportunities Funnel Development Post-sales activities Developing and delivering technical presentations tailored to both internal and external audiences.
