Managing a team of technicians and support staff. Ensuring equipment and tools are maintained and functional. Monitoring project timelines and ensuring timely delivery. Implementing safety protocols and maintaining quality standards. Communicating with clients, suppliers, and stakeholders. Developing strategies to improve productivity and reduce costs. Skills Required Strong leadership and team management abilities. Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills. Technical expertise in HVAC & Refrigeration.
