Manage and lead a team of technicians, operators, and support staff. Develop and implement project timelines, monitor progress, and ensure timely delivery. Coordinate with vendors for procurement of parts and materials. Plan and maintain BOMs (Bill of Materials), process workflows, and production schedules. Ensure adherence to safety guidelines, FSSAI norms (for food equipment), and ISO quality standards. Identify and implement process improvements using lean manufacturing principles (e.g., Kaizen, 5S).
