Job Description
The position you are applying for is responsible for ensuring technical and contractual quality assurance for an investment banking client, specifically focusing on corporate real estate buildings. Your main role will be to ensure that these buildings comply with country, regional, global compliance, and technical standards. Your responsibilities will include planning, executing, and overseeing planned, predictive, and corrective works of building systems. You will also be in charge of power down planning and execution, as well as monitoring outsourced critical works vendors to maintain equipment at a high standard. Additionally, you will review maintenance and service practices of M&E contractors to ensure quality work practices, compliance management for the portfolio of buildings, and incident management support, including being on call 24/7 for incident management in corporate real estate buildings. You will support the installation, commissioning, and programming of new office space, provide technical reporting submissions, manage lifecycle asset management and UPS component replacement, and support engineering standardization tasks across Asia Pacific. Furthermore, you will lead technical training delivery in the city, develop and implement innovation programs to reduce utility costs and increase productivity, and identify energy-saving initiatives. To be successful in this role, you should have a Diploma/BE in Electrical/Mechanical, a minimum of 5 years of relevant experience, a thorough understanding of building services design and engineering management, and the ability to identify and implement operational efficiency improvements. You should thrive in fast-paced, dynamic environments, be customer-centric, and comfortable working as part of a team managing incidents and service failures.
