Troubleshoot customer issues related to Time & Attendance functionalities. Analyze error messages and system logs to diagnose problems. Research Workforce Software-related issues, determine root cause, and recommend/implement solutions. Document solutions for future reference and knowledge sharing. Monitor job logs and take corrective action as needed or report to the appropriate team for resolution. Answer user questions regarding functionalities and best practices for Workforce Software.
