Job Title: Workday Technical Consultant Experience: 3 to 6 years overall, with 2 years of relevant Employment Type: Contract Duration: 3 Months (Extendable) Joining: Immediate joiners or currently serving notice Location: Bangalore (Hybrid) Note: Workday Technical certification is a MUST Key Responsibilities: Lead and execute end-to-end implementation of Workday integrations for global clients. Translate vendor file specifications into technical solutions using integration technologies such as EDI, Web Services, SOAP, REST, XML, and XSLT. Identify and analyze business requirements for both inbound and outbound Workday integrations, and provide guidance on best practices. Use consulting skills, business knowledge, and Workday solution expertise to deliver effective implementations and support client business goals. Conduct client workshops to gather and translate business requirements into functional Workday configurations. Assist in integrating Workday with existing business environments. Advise clients on data security standards and authentication methods, offering recommendations and best practices throughout the project lifecycle.
