As a Workday Integrations Lead based in Pune and working from the office for 5 days a week, you will be responsible for overseeing the entire lifecycle of Workday integrations. Your key responsibilities will include leading the design, development, testing, and deployment of integrations using various Workday tools such as Workday Studio, Core Connectors, EIB, and Web Services. You will collaborate with stakeholders to gather integration requirements and translate them into technical specifications. Additionally, you will be tasked with maintaining and supporting existing integrations, ensuring they comply with security, compliance, and data privacy policies. Your role will also involve developing documentation for integration design and operations and providing mentorship to junior team members. To be successful in this role, you should possess a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field along with at least 5 years of experience in Workday integrations. You must have expertise in Workday Reports, Calculated Fields, EIB, Core Connectors, Workday Web Services (SOAP/REST), Studio, and XSLT. Familiarity with Workday modules such as HCM and Recruiting is essential. A strong understanding of XML, XSLT, and web service technologies is required, along with excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Strong communication and stakeholder management skills are also critical for this position. Furthermore, staying updated on Workday functionality, best practices, and community updates will be crucial to your success in this role.,
