Job Description

The Workday Consultant is responsible for the successful implementation, configuration, and support of Workday HCM and/or Financials modules. You will collaborate closely with clients to understand their business requirements and translate them into effective Workday solutions. This role requires a deep understanding of Workday functionality, strong project management skills, and exceptional communication abilities. Your responsibilities will include: - Demonstrating strong hands-on experience in Workday technologies such as EIB, Cloud Connect (PICOF, PECI, CCW, CCB), Business process framework, Security, Custom Fields, XML/XSLT, and Studio. - Having a must-have experience with Workday Studio. - Possessing a good understanding of integrations and data flows with third-party systems. - Having at least two full implementations of Workday, showcasing technical and integration experience. - Providing post-production support, which includes researching and resolving system problems, unexpected results, or process flaws, and recommending solutions or alternate methods to meet business objectives. - Troubleshooting data issues and corrections. - Experience with the ServiceNow Ticketing system and complex ERP projects. Mandatory Skills: - Ability to interact with clients offshore for requirements phase and develop design solutions. - Excellent communication skills. Qualifications: - Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Business, or a related field. - Proven experience in implementing and supporting Workday HCM and/or Financials modules. - In-depth understanding of HR and/or finance business processes. - Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills. Certifications (Required/Preferred): - Specify required certifications (e.g., Workday HCM Functional Consultant, Workday Financials Functional Consultant). Immediate availability is preferred, serving NP until the end of the month.,
