Job Summary We are looking for an experienced Workday Benefit Module Lead with years of expertise in benefits management and HRIS system implementation. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in leading, designing, reviewing, and configuring benefits modules. Key Responsibilities Implementation & Configuration: Lead the implementation, design, and configuration of the benefits module within systems. Leadership & Project Management: Oversee benefits system projects, ensuring timely delivery, budget adherence, and collaboration with cross-functional teams. System Design & Review: Design and review the benefits module to ensure alignment with company policies, industry best practices, and system functionality. Compliance & Reporting: Ensure compliance with legal requirements, provide reporting and analytics on benefits utilization and costs.
