Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer support to French-speaking clients via phone, email, and chat.
- Resolve customer inquiries and issues promptly and professionally to ensure high satisfaction levels.
- Maintain thorough knowledge of products and services to assist customers effectively.
- Collaborate with team members to improve service delivery and client experience.
- Document customer interactions and feedback accurately in the company's CRM system.
- Assist in training new team members on customer service best practices.
- Participate in team meetings to discuss performance metrics and areas for improvement.
Requirements
- Fluent in French, both written and spoken; proficient in English.
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills, with a focus on customer service.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to addressing customer needs.
- Experience in customer service or a related field is highly desirable.
