We are seeking a talented and motivated WordPress Developer to join our dynamic team in Jabalpur. The ideal candidate will have 1-4 years of hands-on experience in WordPress development, with a strong foundation in website design, plugin integration, and theme customization. As a WordPress Developer, you will be responsible for building, maintaining, and improving websites for a variety of clients, ensuring they are optimized, responsive, and user-friendly. Key Responsibilities: WordPress Development: Design, develop, and maintain custom WordPress themes and plugins to meet the specific needs of clients. Website Customization: Customize existing WordPress themes, templates, and plugins to enhance website functionality and user experience. Troubleshooting & Bug Fixing: Identify and resolve website issues, bugs, and performance bottlenecks in a timely manner. Site Optimization: Ensure websites are optimized for speed, security, SEO, and mobile responsiveness. Collaboration: Work closely with the design, marketing, and content teams to deliver high-quality, user-friendly websites. Client Support: Provide technical support and maintenance for existing WordPress websites, including regular updates and troubleshooting. Code Quality & Standards: Write clean, scalable, and well-documented code adhering to industry best practices and WordPress coding standards. Security & Performance: Implement security measures to protect websites from vulnerabilities and enhance site performance. Testing & Debugging: Perform regular testing and debugging to ensure optimal website performance across different browsers and devices. Key Skills & Qualifications: Experience: 1-4 years of hands-on WordPress development experience, including theme and plugin development. Technical Expertise: Strong knowledge of PHP, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and MySQL. Theme & Plugin Customization: Experience in customizing WordPress themes and plugins to meet specific client requirements. Responsive Design: Familiarity with responsive design practices and mobile-first development. SEO Best Practices: Understanding of basic SEO techniques to optimize websites for search engines. Version Control: Experience using version control tools like Git for code collaboration and version management. Familiarity with Page Builders: Experience working with popular page builders like Elementor, WPBakery, etc. Performance Optimization: Knowledge of website performance optimization techniques, including caching and image optimization. Security Best Practices: Understanding of WordPress security practices and tools to prevent security breaches. Educational Qualification: Any Graduate. Soft Skills: Strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work in a collaborative team environment. Preferred Skills: Knowledge of WooCommerce for e-commerce websites. Experience with RESTful APIs and integrating third-party services. Familiarity with frameworks like Bootstrap or Foundation for responsive design.,
