You should possess expertise in converting HTML to WordPress themes and be able to develop themes effectively. It is essential to have a good understanding of the built-in WordPress functions. Additionally, you must be capable of creating plugins and widgets that adhere to the WordPress coding standards. Knowledge of WordPress security measures and optimization techniques such as Google Page Speed, caching, CDN, and GZip is highly desirable. Experience in database optimization is also required for this role. The candidate should be able to produce clean, logical, well-documented, and reusable code to ensure the efficiency and maintainability of WordPress projects.,
