As a skilled and experienced WordPress Developer with a proven track record of delivering diverse projects in a fast-paced environment, you will be responsible for developing, customizing, and maintaining WordPress websites, themes, and plugins. You will translate design wireframes and UI/UX prototypes into responsive, high-performance websites while collaborating with designers and content creators to ensure seamless integration of design and functionality. Working on multiple short-term projects with tight deadlines, you will ensure quality and performance, optimizing sites for speed, scalability, SEO, and mobile responsiveness. In this role, you will manage WordPress site deployment on various hosting platforms, maintain website security, perform regular backups, and implement necessary updates. Your responsibilities will also include troubleshooting issues related to performance, security, and functionality, as well as collaborating with back-end developers and database architects to ensure the integration of APIs and custom data structures. To excel in this position, you are required to have a minimum of 4 years of hands-on experience in WordPress development. You should possess a strong command over PHP, MySQL, HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, and REST APIs, along with a deep understanding of WordPress architecture, custom post types, taxonomies, and hooks. Experience with UI/UX tools like Figma, Adobe XD, or Sketch is essential, as well as the ability to deliver short-duration projects with strict timelines. Moreover, familiarity with version control systems (e.g., Git), experience in site deployment, DNS configuration, SSL setup, and server-side management, strong analytical and debugging skills, good communication and teamwork skills, and exposure to headless WordPress or Jamstack architecture are highly valued. Basic knowledge of DevOps tools and CI/CD pipelines, familiarity with Agile or Scrum methodologies, and experience with WooCommerce, Elementor, or other major plugins/builders will be advantageous in this role.,
