As a Senior Technical Engineer specializing in Wintel technologies, you will be responsible for providing high-level technical support to clients, ensuring the smooth operation of server infrastructure. Working closely with cross-functional teams, you will implement solutions to enhance system performance and reliability. Your key responsibilities will include providing expert-level support for Wintel server environments such as Windows Server and Active Directory. You will diagnose and resolve complex technical issues to minimize downtime and disruption. Collaboration with network engineers and system administrators will be essential to optimize system performance and security. Additionally, you will develop and implement system configurations, updates, and patches while maintaining documentation for system processes and procedures. Participation in on-call support rotation and assisting in the design and deployment of new Wintel solutions are also part of the role. We are looking for candidates with a minimum of 6 years of experience in Wintel system administration and support. Strong knowledge of Windows Server environments, Active Directory, and virtualization technologies is required. Proficiency in troubleshooting server hardware and software issues, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment are essential. The ideal candidate should be able to manage multiple tasks and projects in a fast-paced setting. Possessing relevant certifications such as Microsoft Certified Solutions Expert would be a plus.
