Experience - 3-5 years

Location - Pune, Mumbai or Bangalore

Notice Period - Immediate joiners to 15 Days

Should be ok for Night Shift.

JD:

Role:

               Resource will be required to support a windows based 3rd party application, having IIS as application server and MSSQL as database. Activities include ensuring the availability of the application, supporting the users by providing them INCs, helping them in generating files and transferring them to other servers etc. He / she will be required to upgrade the software version first to UAT and later to PROD whenever there is a new version available. He / she will need to take care of the infra upgrades by coordinating with respective teams like SAs, DBAs etc. 

               Importantly, resource will be working in NAM hours and will follow the NAM calendar for working days / holidays.

Requirements:

1. Good communication skills. Candidate will need to interact with actual users.
2. Preferably a Windows DevOps person with 3 5 years of relevant experience
3. Should have good working knowledge on Windows Operation System (Servers), IIS and MS SQL Database.
4. Knowledge on file transfer protocols like sftp.
5. Ability to write and understand SQL queries will be a plus.
