Job Description
The ideal candidate for this role based in Calicut should possess the following skills and experience: - Strong knowledge of Microsoft Windows Server operating systems including 2016, 2019, and 2022. - Proficiency in implementing and designing basic Windows services such as Active Directory, Group Policy, WSUS, Remote Desktop Services, and IIS. - Familiarity with backup, disaster recovery (DR), and patching tools/technologies. - Ability to resolve and troubleshoot issues related to Disk, memory, CPU, and file systems on Windows Servers. - Understanding of server builds and concepts related to server hardening in Windows environments. - Experience in Active Directory user account management and knowledge of Group Policy Objects (GPO). - Excellent communication skills to effectively interact with team members and end-users. - Strong time management and organizational skills to efficiently handle multiple tasks and projects. - Capability to work both independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
