Job Description
You have an urgent requirement for the position of Wi-Fi Test Engineer in Philadelphia, PA. The role can be either a Contract or Full-Time Employment (FTE). It is crucial to have experience in Broadband and Wi-Fi test protocols, specifically focusing on Machine Learning. Your responsibilities will include working with WLAN protocols like 802.11a/b/g/n/ac/ax and Security protocols such as WPA2, WPA3, 802.1X. Additionally, experience in Wi-Fi extenders, mesh, and steering related protocols like 802.11k, 802.11v is required. You should have a strong understanding of test bed design, test strategies, and the ability to develop tools for Wi-Fi testing. Proficiency in Linux and coding in any language is necessary. Moreover, you should possess in-depth knowledge and analytical capabilities in working with Wi-Fi sniffers/packet capture tools. Experience in throughput, performance, stability, stress testing in WLAN environments is essential. Familiarity with tools like spectrum analyzers, Ixia, attenuators, OmniPeek, Wireshark, Spirent, and RF equipment will be beneficial for this role.,
