Job Description

You are looking for a Wi-Fi Operations Lead with 7 to 10 years of experience to manage and oversee the day-to-day operations of Wi-Fi services. As the Wi-Fi Operations Lead, you will be responsible for ensuring high availability, performance, and customer satisfaction of Wi-Fi services. Your role will involve configuring and troubleshooting WLAN systems, monitoring network performance, and managing incidents using tools like ServiceNow and HPSM. Collaboration with cross-functional teams for upgrades and enhancements to the Wi-Fi infrastructure will be essential. To qualify for this role, you should have a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field, along with certifications such as CWNA, CWNP, CCNA, CCNP, or other relevant network certifications. Technical expertise in WLAN configuration, 802.11 standards, ticketing tools, network monitoring, and strong analytical and problem-solving skills are required. Preferred skills include prior experience in leading Wi-Fi operations in a large-scale enterprise environment, knowledge of emerging technologies in Wi-Fi and networking, and proficiency in troubleshooting and root-cause analysis for network issues.
