Job Description

The role of a Data Analyst at LSEG involves performing data investigation on diagnostic, descriptive, and statistical output during research projects. You will also contribute to the development of new business proposals, oversee and review the work of Analysts, and provide training and development support. Leveraging your specific market/language skills, you will deliver on customer/business requirements while adhering to quality metrics set by the company. As a Data Analyst, you will lead in resolving client cases by addressing data integrity issues, missing data, and similar concerns. You will process data accurately and in a timely manner using your knowledge of tools and financial markets or compliance industry. Your responsibilities will also include identifying data from approved sources, converting/adding value to the data, and collaborating with internal and external teams for data sourcing and collection. Additionally, you will support specific complex projects, ensuring KPIs are met or exceeded. You will actively contribute to process improvement initiatives aimed at enhancing efficiency and customer experience within the organization. To qualify for this role, you should have a Bachelor's degree or equivalent qualification along with relevant experience in languages and/or financial markets or industry expertise.
