As a Workforce Planner at TaskUs, you will ensure staff optimization by having adequate resources to meet demand and resolving concerns related to schedule adherence, service levels, absenteeism, and other efficiency metrics. You will prepare for voice and non-voice volume seat occupancy, average handle time, and other factors that measure productivity and campaign performance. The role requires coordination with various departments to optimize employee productivity, forecast staffing needs, and manage fiscal activities effectively. The ideal candidate for the Workforce Planner position should have a BPO Operations background with at least 2 years of experience in Workforce Planning, including expertise in Forecasting, Capacity Planning, Scheduling, and Real-Time Management. The role requires the ability to manage multiple tasks, high attention to detail, proactive decision-making, problem-solving skills, proficiency in statistical analysis, good computer skills, and the ability to read trends for future forecasts.
